Welcome to EasyList: Save & Organize All("EasyList," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). EasyList is a personal organization application designed to help you save, search, and manage your links, places, movies, shows, reminders, and other personal information.
By accessing or using EasyList, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use EasyList.
1Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EasyList, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EasyList: Save & Organize All.
2Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use EasyList. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
3Your EasyList Account
3.1. Account Creation: To use certain features of EasyList (e.g., Google Drive Backup & Restore, Google Login), you may need to log in using your Google account.
3.2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials used to access EasyList and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.3. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the login process and to keep your account information updated.
4Use of EasyList
4.1. Permitted Use: EasyList is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the App to save, organize, and manage your personal information as intended by its features (e.g., links, places, movies, reminders).
4.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use EasyList for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of EasyList.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of EasyList or computer systems.
- Upload content that is infringing, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use EasyList to store or distribute any malicious software or harmful code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of EasyList without permission.
5Your Content and Data
5.1. Ownership: You retain all rights to the content and data you create, upload, store, or manage within EasyList ("Your Content").
5.2. Data Storage and Backup: EasyList stores your data locally on your device (using SQLite). For enhanced data security and recovery, you have the option to back up your entire EasyList collection to your personal Google Drive account. This process is user-initiated. When you choose to back up or restore, your app data is transmitted directly between your device and your Google Drive. EasyList does not access, store, or process your backed-up data on its own servers.
5.3. No Third-Party Access (Privacy): As stated in our Privacy Policy, EasyList is designed for personal use and does not collect unnecessary data.
6Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to EasyList, including design and code, are owned by EasyList: Save & Organize All.
7Third-Party Services
EasyList may integrate with third-party services like Google Drive. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
8Disclaimers
EasyList is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
10Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless EasyList from any claims arising out of your use of the app or breach of these Terms.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
13Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms.
14Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
15Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the App.
